NZS 8716 – Method for the measurement of the bulk of raw wool

Sets out in detail the method for determining the bulk of raw wool using a bulkometer which places a known pressure onto a sample of wool and gives specific volume. Also provides the basis for calibrating the test results from a testing line by the use of reference wools.
