Form of graduation and figuring, in metric units, of rules, lathes, squares, etc., and of steel pocket rules, tapes and bands, tapes in synthetic material, and land chains and levelling staffs. Some instruments are illustrated. Identical to BS 4484:Part 1:1969 with modifications for New Zealand.
