Describes a method for determining the nitrate and nitrite content in such natural waters as fresh, saline, bore and sea waters, having a pH between 5 and 9. The ranges are 0.7 to 220 microgram N/litre for nitrate and 0.14 to 300 microgram/litre for nitrite.
