This technical report summarizes the assessment that was performed addressing the competitivestrengths and weaknesses of NQSA products compared to the corresponding ASME products. Theproducts compared during this assessment were the NSQ-100 document “Nuclear Safety and QualityManagement System Requirements”, Revision 0 with an issue date of December 2011 [1] and thecorresponding ASME Standards; NQA-1 “Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear FacilityApplication Edition 2009a” [2] and “ASME Section III Rules for Construction of Nuclear FacilityComponents-Subsection NCA – General Requirements for Division 1 and Division 2 Edition 2010″[3].
