This Standard applies to all pressure vessels thatenclose a human within their pressure boundary whileunder internal or external pressure exceeding a differentialpressure of 2 psi (15 kPa). PVHOs include, but arenot limited to, submersibles, diving bells, and personneltransfer capsules, as well as decompression, recompression,hypobaric, and hyperbaric PVHOs.
